Order and Delivery

Order without an account?
Yes, you can order without a customer account. However, we recommend creating one, as it makes it easy to track your orders, download receipts, and manage your purchase history for future needs.
Change, cancel, combine order?
If you wish to change your order, for example, add or remove products, please contact our customer service via email or phone as soon as possible. The order can also be cancelled through the same channels if needed. Please note that currently, you cannot modify, combine, or cancel your order yourself via our website.
What delivery methods are there?
We offer deliveries via Posti (Finnish Post) and Matkahuolto. You can choose delivery to:
  • a parcel locker
  • a Posti/Matkahuolto service point
  • home delivery
  • or pick up your order from your chosen store free of charge
You will see the exact options at checkout when placing your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs start from €3.90 and vary depending on the delivery method and the physical size of the order. Products marked "Free Shipping" are delivered free of charge. You will always see the final delivery costs at checkout before confirming your order.
How do I get a tracking code?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing the tracking code. You can also see the tracking code on our website under order details if you were logged in when placing the order. You can track the shipment's progress on the carrier's website.
Do you deliver abroad?
Currently, we only deliver orders within Finland. Business customers can inquire about international delivery options from our customer service.
Is an in-stock item shipped immediately?
If a product is marked "in stock", it is in our central warehouse / in our store and ready for shipment as soon as the order has been processed. In-stock products are usually shipped within the same day to 2 business days after the order is processed.
Pick up product in store?
Yes, you can pick up your products from your chosen store during its opening hours. You will receive a separate notification, for example via SMS, when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping services. If the service becomes available in the future, we will update the information on our website.
Order delayed?
If the delivery is delayed or the package doesn't show up as expected, first check your order status and tracking code (if available) on the "Orders" page or in the shipping confirmation. If you need help or the package doesn't seem to be moving in the system, our customer service will investigate the matter for you.

Payment and Discounts

Pay with a gift card?
Absolutely! Enter your gift card code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout, which appears in the final step. The amount will be automatically deducted from the gift card balance.

Using a gift card
Which payment methods exist?
We accept all common payment methods:
  • Online bank payments
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Walley invoice and installment payment
In the store, you can also pay upon pickup if you chose that as the payment method. You will see all available payment options at checkout when placing your order.
How to use a discount code?
Using a discount code is easy! Enter the code in the "Promo Code" field at checkout and click "Redeem". The discount will be immediately applied to your order.

Using a promocode
Pay by invoice/installment?
Yes, we offer payment with Walley invoice and installment plan. When you choose this payment method and are granted credit, you receive the order before payment and can choose to pay in installments.
Payment failed, why?
If you chose Walley invoice or installment payment, the problem might be due to a temporary issue with the payment service. Please try placing the order again after a short while. If the payment still fails, contact the selected payment service for assistance.

Returns and Refunds (Private Customers)

Is the return free of charge?
Yes, return shipping is free of charge with us. Contact our customer service via email or phone to get return instructions and a possible return label. Remember to check the return policy before sending the product back.
Can I exchange an ordered item?
If the size or model wasn't suitable, you can return the product within 14 days and order a new one. An exchange is done by returning the original product and placing a new order. If needed, our customer service will gladly help you find a suitable alternative and assist with the exchange process.
Do all products have return right?
Please note that some products do not have a right of return. For example, opened ink cartridges, custom-built computer configurations, activated phones, software, and similar products are not covered by the return right. More detailed information is available here.
How long does a return take?
We process returns as quickly as possible. Typically, the refund appears in your account within 2–3 business days after the return has been registered at our warehouse. In some cases, it might take slightly longer for the refund to appear due to bank processing times.
Return web order in store?
Yes, you can return items ordered from the online store directly to any Multitronic store. Remember to bring the order confirmation or receipt for smooth processing.
Got wrong or faulty product?
If you received the wrong product or it is defective, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will exchange the incorrect product for the correct one or provide instructions on how to return the defective product for a refund.

Warranty and Service

Product warranty & claims?
All products we sell have a manufacturer's or importer's warranty. You can find the warranty period on the product page and on the order confirmation. Warranty claims are easily handled by filling out our warranty form on the website or by visiting one of our stores.

We offer free troubleshooting for your computer. Bring your device to the nearest store – our experts will identify the problem and tell you how it can be fixed.
PC assembly service
We build computers exactly according to your wishes. Choose the components you want, and we'll handle the rest. The service includes compatibility checks and comprehensive testing to ensure everything works flawlessly. Read more about our assembly service.
Apple service
Multitronic is an official Apple Authorized Service Provider. We service all Apple products – even outside of warranty. Our services cover Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and Beats headphones, among others. Go to the Apple service page.

Products and Compatibility

Is there a user manual?
For most products, the user manual is included in the packaging. If you need a user manual or other assistance, our customer service is ready to assist.
Is product X compatible?
If you are unsure about a product's compatibility, for example, with certain components or printer ink, contact our customer service. Remember to provide exact model numbers so we can help you check compatibility.
Do you sell Refurbished items?
Yes! Our selection also includes refurbished and factory-reconditioned products, such as computers, iPads, and iPhones. We always clearly state the device's condition and any cosmetic remarks in the product information, so you know exactly what you are buying.
How does pre-ordering work?
You can place a pre-order directly from the product page. By pre-ordering, you secure your product as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. We indicate the estimated delivery date on the product page.
Where to see price history?
You can see the product's price development by clicking on the "Price Development" tab on the product page.

Where to see campaign info?
If the product is part of a discount campaign, you will find a red heading "Benefit with campaign price" on the product page. There we provide the most important campaign details such as the campaign price, possible campaign quantity, campaign period, and the product's lowest price in the last 30 days.

Availability and Delivery Time

How to check stock status?
The following terms and their explanations can be found in product listings and on the product page:
  • In stock/Available: The product is physically in our central warehouse/store and ready for immediate shipment.
  • Available from supplier: The product is in our supplier's warehouse. We show the estimated delivery date for the product on the product page.
  • Coming from supplier: We have ordered the product from the supplier, and it is on its way to our central warehouse.
  • Not available: The product is currently not available either in our central warehouse or from our supplier.

You can see the product's delivery time above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. For more information about the delivery time, you can hover your mouse over the info icon (i) next to the date.

You can place a business order normally through our online store. Choose invoice, e-invoice, or leasing as the payment method at checkout.
How can businesses contact us?

Do you offer volume discounts?
We handle volume discounts on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer service at info@multitronic.fi, and we can discuss possible discounts together.

Forgot your password? No problem – you can easily reset it yourself via this link.
Update my details?
You can change your details such as name, email address, and phone number via this link. Alternatively, log in, hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner, and select Account details.
View my order history?
All your previous orders can be conveniently found in the order history. By clicking on an order, you can see detailed information and download an electronic receipt.
Delete my account?
Currently, you cannot delete your account directly via the website. If you wish to close your account, please contact our customer service: info@multitronic.fi

How to contact customer service?
Our customer service is available on weekdays by phone and email between 09:00 and 17:00. Our goal is always to provide you with the best possible customer service.
Is there a loyalty program?
Currently, we do not have a loyalty program. However, follow our newsletters, as we occasionally offer special deals and campaigns.
How to order tax-free?
For matters regarding tax-free orders, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you with the process.
Subscribe/unsubscribe newsletter?
Subscribing to our newsletter is easy! You can do it directly at the bottom of our website. If you want to unsubscribe, you will find a link at the end of each newsletter to do it yourself. You can also contact our customer service, and we will remove you from the list.
Eco-friendly packaging?
We do not have a separate option for eco-packaging at checkout, but we strive to pack every order as environmentally friendly as possible. We use recyclable and reused packaging materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact.
Sponsorship and collaboration
We receive a large number of collaboration and sponsorship inquiries every month. Unfortunately, we cannot participate in all events, influencer collaborations, or other proposals – although we appreciate every contact.
