The Montech HyperFlow Digital 360 is an all-in-one liquid cooler built around an integrated digital display on the pump head. This feature provides real-time monitoring of CPU and GPU temperatures, offering direct hardware-level feedback without requiring software. The system's core component is a PWM-controlled pump, paired with a copper base plate to facilitate heat transfer from the processor. Heat dissipation is handled by a 397mm aluminum radiator and a trio of 120mm fans. These fans feature PWM control, allowing their speed to be adjusted to balance cooling performance and noise levels. Both the fans and the pump motor utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings for increased durability and a longer operational lifespan. The unit supports a wide range of current Intel and AMD sockets and incorporates addressable RGB lighting on the fans, which can be synchronized with compatible motherboards via a standard 3-pin 5V connector.
