The Montech Hyper Flow Digital 360 is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler designed for effective thermal management in performance-oriented systems. It pairs a 360mm aluminum radiator with three 120mm PWM-controlled fans that adjust speed up to 2200 RPM based on system load. These fans are specified to produce high static pressure (4.13 mmH₂O) and airflow (96.27 CFM), which is effective for dissipating heat through the radiator's fin array. A pump operating at a constant 3100 RPM ensures consistent coolant circulation for stable heat transfer from the CPU.

A defining feature is the integrated digital display on the pump head, which provides real-time monitoring of system temperatures without requiring software. The water block utilizes a copper cold plate for efficient heat absorption from the processor. For installation flexibility, the cooler includes 400mm braided rubber tubes and offers broad socket compatibility for current Intel and AMD platforms, including LGA1851 and AM5.
