The Anker Soundcore Space One is a set of over-ear, closed-back wireless headphones. Audio is delivered through 40 mm dynamic drivers with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz and an impedance of 16 ohms. For wireless connectivity, the headphones utilize Bluetooth 5.3 and support the LDAC codec for audio transmission from compatible devices. A detachable 3.5 mm AUX cable is also included for a wired connection option, providing versatility for different audio sources.

These headphones are equipped with an adaptive active noise-cancelling system designed to reduce ambient environmental sounds. A three-microphone array is integrated for voice calls, which also features noise-reduction technology. The internal battery provides up to 55 hours of continuous playback and recharges in 2 hours via the USB-C port.
