The Keychron K2 Max is a wireless mechanical keyboard with a compact 75% layout, providing essential keys while saving desk space. A polling rate of 1000 Hz is available in both 2.4 GHz and wired modes to ensure responsive input suitable for gaming. The keyboard provides N-Key Rollover functionality, which correctly registers all simultaneous key presses across its ANSI layout.

This model features a hot-swappable circuit board, enabling users to change switches without soldering. It is equipped with Keychron Super mechanical switches and durable double-shot PBT keycaps in a sculpted OSA profile. For sound modification, the chassis incorporates layers of IXPE and EPDM acoustic foams to dampen keystroke noise. The keyboard is fully programmable using QMK and VIA software for key remapping and macros, and includes south-facing RGB backlighting for per-key illumination.
