The Polar Vantage V3 is an advanced multisport GPS watch designed for performance tracking and analysis. Its 47.3 mm aerospace aluminium case houses a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen, which is protected by Gorilla Glass and offers a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. The display features a high brightness of 1000 cd/m² and an always-on option for visibility in various lighting conditions. This model runs on a proprietary operating system and is equipped with a 275 MHz processor and 32 GB of flash memory for data and map storage.

This device integrates a comprehensive suite of sensors for detailed biometric and environmental monitoring. It includes an optical heart rate sensor (OHR GEN 4), a blood oxygen sensor, and a skin temperature sensor. For precise location tracking during activities, it supports dual-frequency GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS satellite systems. The inclusion of a barometer, altimeter, gyroscope, and accelerometer enables accurate data collection across a wide range of sports and outdoor activities. The watch is compatible with the Polar Flow application for in-depth data review.

The 488 mAh battery provides up to 53 hours of operation in standard training mode and a maximum of 140 hours in power-saving modes. Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth Low Energy, allowing for smart notifications from a paired mobile device. The watch features a round design with a Night Black silicone band and is water-resistant up to 50 meters, making it suitable for swimming and other water-based sports. The included Polar Charge 2.0 cable with a USB-C connector is used for charging.
