Its constrained dimensions, measuring 110 mm in height and 95 mm in both width and depth, ensure integration with challenging chassis constraints. The cooler utilizes a nickel-plated copper base plate connected to four dedicated heat pipes to transfer thermal energy efficiently to the aluminum fin stack. This compact configuration ensures 100% clearance over system memory modules and primary PCIe slots, preventing physical interference in confined builds.

Cooling performance is managed by a single 92 mm NF-A9 PWM fan, which uses an SSO bearing design for long-term stability and quiet operation. The fan operates within a controlled rotational speed range of 400 RPM up to 2000 RPM, enabling precise thermal response via Pulse-Width Modulation.
