The Lian Li LANCOOL III RGB is a mid-tower chassis constructed from aluminum, SGCC steel, and dual 4mm tempered glass side panels. It is engineered for high airflow, featuring fine mesh on the front and top panels. The case offers broad component compatibility, accommodating motherboard form factors from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX. Its spacious interior is designed to house and display high-performance hardware.

The thermal design includes four pre-installed 140mm PWM fans, with three front-mounted ARGB units for intake. For liquid cooling, the chassis supports up to a 420mm radiator in both the front and top positions. Component clearance is substantial, allowing for CPU coolers up to 187mm in height and power supplies up to 220mm in length, providing flexibility for various builds.

Storage is versatile, with modular cages and mounting locations for up to 12 total drives. The front I/O panel provides two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack. Integrated RGB and fan speed controls are included for system management, while built-in channels and tie-down points facilitate organized cable routing.
