The JBL Tune 720BT is a wireless around-ear headphone model featuring 40 mm dynamic drivers, which cover a frequency response range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. It connects to devices using Bluetooth 5.3 and supports multi-point pairing, allowing it to maintain a connection with two sources simultaneously. The design incorporates a headband and provides an impedance of 32 ohms. For alternative use cases, a 1.2 m detachable audio cable with a 3.5 mm connector is supplied for a wired connection.

The integrated Lithium-Ion battery offers up to 76 hours of continuous audio playback on a full charge, which takes approximately two hours via a USB-C port. A 5-minute fast charge provides additional listening time. The headphones weigh 220 grams and have a foldable construction for storage and portability. Physical buttons located on the ear-cup control volume, track selection, and call management.
