The ROG Cetra II Core is an in-ear gaming headset designed for multi-platform use. It features 9.4 mm ASUS Essence drivers, constructed from Liquid Silicone Rubber, to deliver audio across a 20 Hz to 40 kHz frequency range. The standard 3.5 mm connector provides direct compatibility with PCs, consoles, and mobile devices. For desktop PC users, the package includes an audio/mic splitter cable to connect to separate input and output jacks, ensuring functional versatility.

The headset's housing is constructed from aluminum, resulting in a total weight of just 18 grams for comfort during long sessions. To ensure a secure fit and provide passive noise isolation, multiple sizes of silicone ear fins and tips are included, along with a pair of foam tips.
