The JVC HA-FX9BTWEF are wireless in-ear earbuds with a neckband design, engineered for daily music listening and hands-free calls. Audio is delivered through 9 mm dynamic drivers with neodymium magnets, covering a frequency response range of 20 to 20,000 Hz. The earbuds connect to source devices using Bluetooth 4.1 technology, offering a wireless range of up to 10 meters. Their lightweight 12-gram construction and soft elastomer material are intended to provide a comfortable fit for extended periods of use.

The integrated battery supplies up to five hours of continuous audio playback on a single charge. Recharging the battery takes approximately 2.5 hours via the Micro-USB port and the included charging cable. An inline remote houses a microphone and physical buttons for managing volume, music playback, and phone calls. The package contains two sizes of silicone ear tips (S/M) to allow the user to find a suitable in-ear seal.
