This unit is a low-profile CPU air cooler designed specifically for systems with restricted internal space, such as Small Form Factor (SFF) cases. The design integrates four copper heatpipes and a copper fin array to facilitate efficient thermal transfer from the processor base plate. Its low overall height of 47 mm ensures maximum clearance within compact motherboard layouts and tight chassis environments. This cooler is engineered for handling processor thermal loads up to 100 W TDP.

The active cooling element utilizes a 92 mm diameter fan with a slim 15 mm profile. This fan operates using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing the rotational speed to scale dynamically according to thermal demand between 600 and 2500 RPM.
