The Fractal Design Define C is an ATX case engineered for silent operation within a compact midi-tower footprint. Its construction utilizes industrial-grade, sound-dampened steel on the front and side panels to minimize component noise. The design incorporates ModuVent technology on the top panel, which can be sealed for maximum sound absorption or opened for additional ventilation. This chassis supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX motherboards, offering a flexible platform for performance-focused builds where acoustics are a priority.

The interior provides versatile cooling configurations, supporting up to seven fans and liquid cooling radiators as large as 360 mm in the front and 240 mm at the top. Two 120 mm Dynamic X2 GP-12 fans are pre-installed to establish direct airflow. Component clearances allow for CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height and ATX power supplies up to 175 mm long. The layout includes dedicated mounts for three 2.5-inch SSDs and a two-bay HDD cage, with integrated cable routing channels and dust filters on all intakes.
