Asus PRIME A520M-K ARGB AM4 mATX Motherboard

The ASUS PRIME A520M-K ARGB Micro-ATX motherboard provides a base for AMD-based desktop builds. Using the A520 chipset, it supports Socket AM4 processors, specifically the Ryzen 5000, 4000, and 3000 series. Its compact form factor is suited for smaller cases. The board features two dual-channel DIMM slots for DDR4 memory. For processors with integrated graphics, display output is handled directly via the rear I/O panel. There is no built-in wireless connectivity, so wired networking via Ethernet is required.

The board includes headers for standard system components. A dedicated CPU fan header and two chassis fan connectors manage system cooling. Audio is provided by a Realtek chip, supporting 7.1-channel sound. Rear connectivity includes Type-A USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 2.0 ports; no Type-C ports are available. An RGB header allows for lighting synchronisation, and an onboard TPM header supports discrete security modules. Two SATA cables are included for connecting conventional storage drives.
