Wiser is a smart home system that increases home comfort, security, and energy efficiency affordably and easily. The Wiser smart home consists of various devices that can be controlled wirelessly in different ways. With the Wiser phone app, you can create convenient scenario controls, schedules, or automations based on weather changes, for example. The devices also communicate with each other, so home functions can be automated without user attention. The Wiser system can be installed with normal cabling or wirelessly. The hub creates a certified Zigbee 3.0 mesh network in the home, to which other devices are connected. The device is also connected to the Schneider Electric cloud service, which enables secure remote access and notifications when away. It is advisable to place the hub in as open and central a location as possible, although each mains-connected Wiser device also acts as a message router, enabling a very wide and reliable system. The hub can be connected to the home's broadband via a network cable (Recommended connection method RJ45, not included) or via Wi-Fi. The device can be installed in a standard flush-mounting box (installation depth 24mm), directly on the wall, or separately on a table. Power supply options: 1) 230V with the included adapter and USB cable, 2) 12VDC/0.5A to the device's cable connectors (transformer not included). With the wireless, battery-powered Wiser button, you can conveniently control the system's automations and pre-set scenarios. The button is also useful next to the front door, making it easy to manage Home/Away scenarios. Two functions can be programmed into the button using the app.

A frame from the wide Exxact frame selection can be combined with the product.

The use of Schneider Electric's Wiser system requires a hub (CCT501901), the Wiser by SE smartphone app, a user account, and an internet connection. The use of the system is free of charge.

With Wiser sockets, the user can monitor the power consumption of devices in real-time and historical data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. The system can save electricity with various automations (e.g., home/away modes, night shutdown). The socket can also be switched off and the lighting can be switched on from a button. An LED light shows whether the plug is on.

The safe, FI-approved plug supports the full 16A electrical current of the electrical network, so it is also suitable for controlling devices that require a lot of power. (max 3680W resistive load)
