Cooling 
2.5-slot Design 
The Prime Radeon™ RX 9070 XT features a 2.5-slot structure, meticulously arranged shroud, heatsink, and heat pipes to allow the three Axial-tech fans to utilize side panel ventilation for optimal thermal performance. 

Axial-tech Upgrades 
Three proven Axial-tech fans feature a smaller hub allowing for longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure, reducing temperatures, minimizing noise, and improving performance.

Dual-Ball Bearing Fans 
Different bearing types have their pros and cons. Dual-ball bearings excel in durability and can last up to twice as long as sleeve bearings.
 
MaxContact Design 
MaxContact is ASUS's proprietary manufacturing process that expands the surface area of the heat spreader on the GPU by 5% compared to traditional models. This improves temperatures by up to 2°C in conjunction with an extensive cooling fin array and high-performance Axial-tech fans. 

Phase-Change GPU Thermal Pad 
By effectively melting the gap between the GPU and the thermal module, the premium phase-changing GPU thermal pad offers excellent thermal conductivity and enhanced heat dissipation capability, ensuring optimal performance and longevity under heavy loads. 
 
0dB Technology 
All three fans stop when the GPU temperature is below 55°C, allowing you to play less demanding games or perform light tasks in relative silence. The fans restart when the temperature exceeds 60°C, following a speed curve that balances performance and acoustics for work or gaming. 

Vented Backplate 
Large vent openings on the backplate significantly improve heat dissipation and help keep the GPU cooler during intensive tasks. This additional airflow helps ensure optimal temperatures, improving performance, longevity, and stability by preventing overheating and thermal throttling. 

ASUS GPU Guard & Bracket 
ASUS GPU Guard adheres all four corners to reduce the risk of cracking, while the GPU bracket helps ensure even mounting pressure and added stability. 
 
Protective Backplate 
The PCB is reinforced with a backplate that increases structural rigidity, helping to prevent bending and protect components and trace paths from damage. 

Stainless Steel Bracket

Dual BIOS
