The Thermalright SI-100 BLACK is a low-profile CPU cooling solution designed for use in space-constrained systems such as HTPCs and Small Form Factor (SFF) cases. The cooler features a construction utilizing six 6mm copper heat pipes and a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base plate. This configuration facilitates efficient thermal transfer from the processor Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) to the extensive aluminum fin array. Its specific dimensions, measuring 74.8 mm in height, ensure compatibility with enclosures that impose strict limitations on cooler clearance.

Heat dissipation relies on the included 120mm TL-E12B fan, which operates within a rotational range of 0 to 2000 RPM via standard 4-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control. At maximum speed, the fan generates an airflow volume of 72.37 CFM and a static pressure of 2.87 mmH2O, with peak operational noise registering at 27.7 dB. The fan incorporates an S-FDB V2 bearing designed for sustained operation and minimized mechanical sound output. Mounting hardware is provided to support a wide array of modern sockets, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 platforms.
