It features a single-tower heatsink structure with six 6 mm nickel-plated copper heat pipes designed to transfer thermal energy efficiently from the processor. The contact base uses nickel-plated copper, ensuring complete coverage and optimal thermal conductivity across the large integrated heat spreaders characteristic of these high core-count processors. This dedicated design prioritizes stable and consistent thermal management required in high-load workstation and server environments.

The thermal dissipation system employs two 140 mm NF-A15 fans configured for push-pull operation on the heatsink structure. These fans utilize a 4-pin PWM connection, allowing for dynamic speed adjustment between 0 and 1500 RPM to balance noise and cooling demands. At maximum operational speed, the system provides an airflow of 140.2 m³/h and delivers a static pressure of 2.08 mmH₂O. The total cooler height measures 165 mm, necessitating appropriate chassis clearance, and the fans incorporate SSO2 Self-Stabilising Oil-pressure Bearings rated for 150,000 hours of operation.
