Bialetti Alpina - coffee maker, green, 3 cups

Alpina is the Bialetti coffee maker dedicated to the glorious Alpine Corps. The Moka Alpina is an original coffee maker which is a faithful recreation of the Moka Express with its octagonal aluminium boiler, its exclusive inspectable and easy-to-clean valve and its filter, but which celebrates the Alpine Corps with a collector that aims to be a tribute to their famous feathered hat.
Alpina comes in just one size and is suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs with the Bialetti adapter plate for induction hobs.

How to prepare coffee: fill the boiler up to the safety valve, add the ground coffee to the funnel tank without pressing, close Alpina and place it on the hob. Wait for coffee to gurgle as it rises to the collector (upper chamber), turn off the gas and, finally, enjoy your delicious coffee!

Cleaning instructions: the Bialetti Alpina should only be rinsed with water after each use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of coffee.
