Wiser - smoke alarm 230VAC battery operated

The optical Wiser smart smoke detector brings intelligent safety to your smart home. The smoke detector detects smoke and sudden temperature increases, and alerts with a loud (85dB 3m) alarm sound and sends a notification to your mobile phone*.

With the Wiser app, the smoke detector can be connected to smart home automation, allowing you to automatically turn off power sockets in case of a fire, turn on lights, or set all home cameras to record events on a memory card. The Wiser app also reminds you to test the smoke detector's functionality regularly.

You can check the device's status with a clear LED light, and if you want to temporarily silence the device (10min), you can easily do so by briefly pressing the front of the device.

The smoke detector can also be used without the Wiser app, in which case it works like a traditional smoke detector. The detector can be wirelessly chained to other Wiser smoke detectors, providing comprehensive alarm coverage throughout the home if smoke or a sudden temperature increase is detected in any room.

A ceiling mounting plate, screws, and instructions are included.

The smoke detector has a fixed battery for backup, with a lifespan of approximately 10 years, which is the recommended maximum lifespan for smoke detectors. The battery is not replaceable. Does not contain radioactive substances.

Full use of Schneider Electric's Wiser system requires a central unit (snro 2622118, CCT501901, Matter-certified), the Wiser by SE smartphone app, a user account, and an internet connection. Use of the system is free of charge.

Can also be used in other smart home systems according to the functions they support, such as Homey, Home Assistant. NOTE: Using these systems requires separate applications and their use is subject to the system manufacturer's separate terms of use. Support for the system is provided by the system manufacturer.
