The Cooler Master Hyper 622 Halo is a dual-tower CPU air cooler designed to manage thermal loads up to 240W TDP. Heat dissipation is primarily facilitated by six integrated copper heat pipes that extend through a dense aluminum fin stack. The unit uses a nickel-plated base plate to ensure optimal thermal conductivity from the processor’s integrated heat spreader (IHS). It features a push-pull dual-fan configuration, utilizing two 120mm fans mounted on opposing sides of the heatsink structure. This robust design prioritizes efficient thermal management across a wide range of supported high-performance CPU platforms.
The two included 120mm fans operate within a controllable speed range of 650 RPM to 2050 RPM, enabled by 4-pin PWM support. At maximum speed, the fans deliver 51.88 CFM of airflow and generate 2.89 mmH2O of static pressure, with an acoustic output specified at 27 dB. Both fans employ Rifle bearings for reliable operation and feature integrated ARGB illumination. Compatibility is broad, supporting recent platforms including Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5. The cooler stands 157mm tall, a dimension relevant for ensuring fitment within compact or standardized PC chassis designs.
