The AeroCool Bolt Mini is a compact Mini Tower chassis designed for Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboard builds. Its construction consists of an SPCC steel frame with ABS synthetic and acrylic components. The front panel incorporates an RGB lighting system with 13 selectable modes, while an acrylic side window provides a view of the internal hardware. The chassis includes features for integrated cable management and a removable dust filter for easier maintenance.

This case offers flexible cooling capabilities for both air and liquid-cooling configurations. It supports multiple fan placements at the front, top, and rear to establish an effective airflow path for internal components. The internal layout is designed to accommodate standard ATX power supplies and a range of storage drives, including both HDDs and SSDs. The top-front I/O panel provides access to USB and audio ports for peripheral connectivity.
