The Taurus VAC 6000 is a 120 W countertop vacuum sealer designed to extend the shelf life of food by extracting air from storage bags. With a 120 W motor and 800 mbar of vacuum pressure, it provides sufficient suction to preserve both dry and moist ingredients. The unit offers three modes: automatic vacuuming and sealing, a manual setting for delicate items, and a seal-only function. Its 300 mm sealing width accommodates standard bag sizes and film rolls. This process helps reduce oxidation and prevent freezer burn. Programs are selected via an integrated touch control panel.

Finished in black and stainless steel, the unit is built for regular kitchen use. Practical design features include built-in storage for vacuum rolls and a dedicated compartment for the power cable. An integrated cutter allows you to size film rolls to match specific food portions. The interface features an LED display that indicates the current status of the sealing process. For easier maintenance, a removable drip tray collects any excess liquid drawn out during the vacuuming of moist foods. The device measures 380 mm wide by 140 mm deep.
