The Amazfit Balance 3 Stainless Steel is a smartwatch designed for daily activity tracking. The 51 mm round device runs on Zepp OS to manage fitness metrics and system applications. Users interact with the 1.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen, which features a 480 × 480 pixel resolution. An ambient light sensor adjusts the 3000 cd/m² peak brightness to ensure the display remains legible in direct sunlight. Inside the 62-gram frame, a 658 mAh battery provides up to 504 hours of operation under standard conditions. The watch is compatible with mobile platforms ranging from Android 8.0 to 16, as well as iOS 17 and 18.

The stainless steel housing protects the internal components, while the watch face uses sapphire glass for scratch resistance during outdoor use. The sealed chassis is rated to 10 ATM, allowing for submersion at depths of up to 100 metres. A black silicone strap fits wrists between 140 and 210 mm. Built-in microphones and speakers support on-wrist audio, while Bluetooth 5.2 and Near Field Communication handle connectivity and data transfer. The device includes 64 GB of internal storage.
