Makita DLM481Z 36V Self-Propelled Cordless Lawn Mower, 48 cm

The Makita DLM481Z 2x18V cordless self-propelled lawn mower is designed for residential gardens. Its 480mm cutting width helps cover large areas in fewer passes. The mower is battery-powered and self-propelled, reducing the effort needed to move across the turf. It offers three cutting modes—mulching, collection, and rear discharge—and is suitable for lawns of up to 800 square metres.

Cutting height is adjusted using a single lever with 10 settings, ranging from 20mm to 100mm to suit different grass conditions. The composite deck provides durability while keeping the total unit weight at 29.3kg. Clippings are collected in a 62-litre grass catcher, or the mulching function can be used to return finely chopped clippings to the soil as fertiliser. The mower is supplied as a bare tool; compatible batteries and a charger are not included.
