Garmin Forerunner 170 Smartwatch with Silicone Band, Black/Amp Yellow

The Garmin Forerunner 170 GPS running smartwatch (Black/Amp Yellow) tracks multi-sport workouts using multi-band positioning. It uses a multi-GNSS receiver—supporting GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo—to record pace and route data without a smartphone. A wrist-based sensor monitors heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) to help track training fatigue, VO2 max, and training load. The device supports over 80 activity profiles and includes an integrated altimeter and barometer for elevation data.

The watch features a fiber-reinforced polymer case and chemically strengthened glass. Its 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen is designed for outdoor visibility and includes an ambient light sensor. With a 5 ATM water resistance rating, it can be used at depths of up to 50 metres. It pairs with iOS and Android smartphones for notifications, call alerts, and media playback. It also tracks daily health, including sleep stages, and supports contactless payments via Garmin Pay.
