The SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless Gen 2 is a right-handed gaming mouse featuring a lightweight, perforated shell. It uses a TrueMove 26K optical sensor that provides 1:1 tracking at resolutions up to 26,000 DPI. This resolution can be adjusted to suit different gameplay styles and hardware setups, and the polling rate can also be changed to suit specific environments.
The shell is made of ABS plastic with a honeycomb pattern to aid airflow. The device is rated IP54 for resistance against dust and water splashes. Connectivity options include 2.4 GHz wireless via a USB-C dongle or Bluetooth 5.0. It features six mechanical switches rated for 80 million clicks. Pure PTFE glide feet are located on the underside to ensure smooth movement, and the mouse includes multi-zone RGB lighting that can be customised across three areas.
