The Tristar KP-6245 is a portable, two-zone electric hot plate for countertop use. Its sealed plates are compatible with most cookware. With a total output of 2500 W, both zones can run at full power simultaneously. One zone is for general cooking, while the other is better suited for simmering or smaller pots. As a standalone unit, it only requires a standard electrical outlet, making it a useful addition to kitchens with limited space.
