The Tristar KP-6152 Double Electric Hot Plate is a freestanding appliance designed for portable or supplementary cooking. It features two independently controlled cooking zones with a total power output of 2500 W. Heat is delivered by two solid plates suitable for flat-bottomed cookware: a primary 1500 W zone and a smaller 1000 W secondary zone. Being a freestanding unit, it can be used on any heat-resistant surface without the need for installation.

The hot plate features a durable aluminum housing with a black heat-resistant finish. Two front-mounted analog dials control the temperature for each zone via adjustable thermostats. For safety, integrated overheat protection automatically cuts power if the internal temperature exceeds safe limits. Non-slip feet keep the appliance stable during use, and it connects to the mains via a 1-metre cable with a standard Type F (Schuko) plug.
