The Montech X2 Plus is a mid-tower PC case designed with an emphasis on airflow and component visibility. The front panel utilizes a mesh construction to facilitate air intake, working in conjunction with the three pre-installed ARGB fans to establish a direct cooling path. Access to the interior is provided by a swing-open tempered glass side panel, which allows for tool-less entry for installation and maintenance. The case's integrated lighting is managed through a built-in controller, enabling visual customization.

This chassis offers broad hardware compatibility, supporting ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. It provides clearances for CPU coolers up to 160mm in height and standard ATX power supplies measuring up to 160mm in length. For liquid cooling, the case accommodates radiators up to 240mm in the top position and 120mm at the rear. The front I/O panel includes a USB Type-C port, along with USB 3.2 Type-A and USB 2.0 ports for peripheral connectivity.
