TP-Link VIGI InSight S355 5MP Outdoor - Network Camera, White

The TP-Link VIGI InSight S355 5MP Outdoor Full-Color Bullet Network Camera (6mm) is a wired surveillance device for exterior use. It features a 1/2.7-inch CMOS sensor and captures video at a resolution of 2880 x 1620 pixels. The camera connects via an Ethernet cable and transmits footage using standard IP protocols. Integrated IR and white LEDs provide visibility in low-light conditions, including total darkness (0 lux). The camera is powered via a DC input or Power over Ethernet (PoE). Supporting IEEE 802.3af or 802.3at standards, PoE simplifies installation by delivering power and data through a single cable. Power consumption is up to 9.7 W via DC or 10.7 W via PoE.

The metal, bullet-style housing is IP67-rated for protection against dust and water, making it suitable for exposed outdoor locations. Users can configure the camera via a web interface or cloud platform and receive alerts through push notifications. Video streams are secured with HTTPS encryption, digest authentication, password protection, and IP address filtering. The camera includes a MicroSD card slot for local storage (up to 512 GB). An active defence system incorporates a siren, microphone, and speaker for two-way audio. Event monitoring uses motion detection and classification algorithms to distinguish between human and vehicle activity.
