The Oral-B iO Series 10 toothbrush operates using an oscillating-rotating motion combined with micro-vibrations to clean tooth surfaces. It features the iO Sense smart charger, which provides real-time visual guidance on brushing coverage, duration, and pressure directly on the charging base, independent of a mobile application. The round brush head is designed to surround each tooth during cleaning. An integrated smart pressure sensor provides feedback to help maintain appropriate cleaning force for gum health.

The handle is equipped with an interactive color display for navigating between seven available brushing modes, including options such as Daily Clean, Sensitive, and Gum Care. This display also shows a timer and provides feedback throughout the brushing session. The internal battery fully charges in approximately three hours using the magnetic charging base. For portability, a travel case that also functions as a charger is included with the toothbrush.
