The ROMO S robot cleaner integrates advanced aerial guidance technology to manage home cleaning. Navigation relies on AI-based dual fish-eye cameras, integrated with 3D ToF radar and LiDAR sensors. This sensor array facilitates precise obstacle avoidance, accurate positioning, and efficient path planning across multiple rooms and floor types. The unit applies 25000 Pa of maximum suction force, supported by dual anti-tangle brush rolls, offering four distinct cleaning levels for automated adjustments between hard floors and carpets.
The system includes a comprehensive docking station designed to minimize user maintenance requirements. This base station automatically collects debris from the robot’s dust bin into a 2.4 L capacity bag within the unit. The system further supports wet mopping capabilities and features automatic mop pad washing and hot air drying functions performed within the base after each cleaning cycle. The robot operates for up to 180 minutes on a single charge and features built-in cliff and edge recognition sensors, allowing it to clear thresholds up to 25 mm high.
