The Skullcandy Icon ANC headphones feature an on-ear, closed-back design incorporating 40 mm dynamic drivers. These drivers produce a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz with an impedance of 32 ohms. Connectivity is handled primarily through Bluetooth 5.3, which supports the LE Audio profile and Google Fast Pair for compatible Android devices. For an alternative wired connection, a standard 3.5 mm audio jack is also available.

This model integrates an active noise canceling (ANC) system to reduce ambient environmental sounds. For voice calls, a four-microphone array with noise-reduction processing is used to help clarify speech. The internal battery provides up to 60 hours of continuous playback and supports a fast-charge function via the USB-C port. The headphones are constructed with a metal headband and soft earcups, have a foldable frame for portability, and are rated IPX4 for water resistance.
