ARCTIC TP-3 100 x 100 mm, 1.5 mm Thermal Pad, Blue

The ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pad transfers heat from electronic components such as graphics cards, RAM, and chipsets. This silicone-based material has a thermal conductivity of 6 W/m·K and is electrically non-conductive, ensuring safe use near sensitive circuitry. Measuring 100 mm × 100 mm × 1.5 mm, the pad conforms to surface irregularities and remains effective at temperatures down to -40 °C. Each pack contains one UL 94 V-0 certified pad.
