The HYTE X50 is a mid-tower chassis designed for ATX-based systems, constructed with a steel frame and tempered glass panels presented in a Wild Cherry finish. Its internal architecture is built around a three-chamber layout, which serves to isolate heat-generating components and simplify the process of cable management for a clean build. This design approach is intended to provide dedicated airflow paths to the CPU, GPU, and storage areas. The inclusion of a large side window allows for a clear view of the internal components, and the case weighs 11.7 kg, reflecting its material composition.

The chassis provides extensive cooling flexibility for demanding hardware configurations. It accommodates multiple fans, with mounting points for up to three 120mm or 140mm units at the front and three 120mm units on the side. For liquid cooling systems, it supports radiators up to 360mm in the front, side, and bottom positions, along with a 120mm radiator at the rear. The front I/O panel includes a range of modern connectivity options, featuring a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port alongside other USB and audio connections.
