The Epson EB-FH54 is a projector that utilizes 3LCD technology to produce images at a native 1080p resolution. It delivers a brightness of 4100 ANSI lumens, making it suitable for use in rooms with ambient light. The unit's typical contrast ratio is 16,000:1, which defines the luminance difference between the brightest white and darkest black. An economic mode is available, reducing brightness to 2300 ANSI lumens and extending the lamp's service life up to 12,000 hours.

For physical connections, the projector is equipped with two HDMI inputs and two USB 2.0 ports for various source devices. It also features integrated Wi-Fi supporting IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards for wireless networking.
