The Montech LightFlow ARGB 360 is a self-contained liquid cooling solution designed for modern Intel and AMD processors. It utilizes a 397mm aluminum radiator and three 120mm fans to manage system thermal output. The core of the system is a pump with a copper base plate, engineered to facilitate efficient heat transfer from the CPU. A primary design element is the pump head's infinity mirror effect with addressable RGB lighting, which contributes to the unit's overall aesthetic.

The included 120mm fans are PWM-controlled, operating between 600 and 2000 RPM to balance airflow and acoustic performance. These fans feature Fluid Dynamic Bearings for increased operational lifespan and produce a maximum airflow of 78.73 CFM with 2.39 mmH2O of static pressure. The system's ARGB lighting on both the fans and pump head connects via a standard 5V 3-pin header for motherboard synchronization. This cooler's white finish and 400mm tubing offer installation flexibility while supporting current sockets, including Intel LGA1700/1851 and AMD AM4/AM5.
