The Fractal Design Epoch is a mid-tower case constructed with a steel frame and a light-tinted tempered glass side panel, offering a view of internal components. It supports ATX, mATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, providing a flexible foundation for a range of system builds. The design incorporates a mesh front panel engineered for direct air intake, catering to systems that require substantial cooling performance. Internally, the case comes equipped with three 120 mm Momentum fans at the front and one 120 mm fan at the rear to establish an effective airflow path from the factory. For advanced cooling, it accommodates liquid cooling radiators up to 360 mm in the front, 240 mm at the top, and 120 mm at the rear. Component clearances are generous, with space for CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height and standard ATX power supplies up to 255 mm long. The layout includes a combination drive cage for 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives and features integrated dust filters and tie-down points for cable management.
