TP-Link Omada OC400 - Network Management Controller, Grey

The TP-Link Omada OC400 is a dedicated network management device for centralising the administration of Omada business networks. It hosts the management system locally, removing the need for a separate PC or server. The system supports up to 30,000 simultaneous client devices and manages up to 1,000 Omada access points, 200 switches, and 100 routers across multiple sites. Connectivity includes four RJ45 Ethernet ports and two SFP ports for fiber uplinks. The ports support data rates of 1 Gbit/s and 10 Gbit/s to accommodate high-density network traffic, making the controller suitable for large-scale environments such as multi-floor offices or service provider networks.

Network administration is conducted via the Omada management platform, which provides web-based access for remote or local configuration. The device supports VLANs and Syslog for network segmentation and event logging. It is housed in a grey metal 1U chassis for standard rackmount installation. Front-panel LEDs indicate the status of the device and its active connections, while a dedicated reset button allows for manual factory restoration.
