The Thermalright Frozen Horizon 360 ARGB V2 is a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler designed for efficient CPU thermal management in high-performance systems. Its core cooling apparatus consists of a 397mm aluminum radiator coupled with three 120mm fans. These fans feature S-FDB (S-Fluid Dynamic Bearing) technology, which contributes to a longer operational lifespan and a lower acoustic profile. With PWM control, fan speeds adjust automatically based on system load, providing an effective balance between cooling capacity and noise output. The pump is also PWM-controlled, enabling further thermal and acoustic tuning.

This cooler provides broad compatibility with a range of contemporary CPU sockets, including Intel's LGA1700 and LGA1851, alongside AMD's AM4 and AM5 platforms. Addressable RGB lighting is integrated into both the pump head and fans, synchronizing with motherboard software through a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB connector. The system's construction features a copper baseplate for direct thermal transfer from the processor and is finished with durable, braided tubing for a clean aesthetic within the PC case.
