The Smeg 50's Style KLF04SSEU is a variable temperature electric kettle with a 1.7-litre capacity, suitable for preparing up to seven cups. Its polished stainless steel body contains a 2400 W concealed heating element for efficient boiling. Users can select from seven temperature settings, ranging from 50°C to 100°C, using the button controls and integrated LED display. This allows for precise water heating appropriate for a variety of beverages, from delicate teas to coffee that requires water just off the boil.

The appliance is designed for convenience with a cordless jug that sits on a 360° swivel base, accommodating both left- and right-handed users. A push-button Soft Opening lid mechanism controls the release of steam when opened. The kettle also includes a 20-minute Keep Warm function to maintain the selected water temperature after the heating cycle completes. For operational safety, it is equipped with an automatic shut-off system, boil-dry protection, and the base features non-slip feet for stability.
