The MSI MAG FORGE 100M is a mid-tower chassis that supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboard form factors. Its internal layout is designed to accommodate components for a gaming build, with clearance for graphics cards up to 330 mm in length and CPU coolers up to 160 mm tall. The case is constructed with a steel frame and includes a tempered glass side panel that provides a view of the internal hardware. For component installation, the chassis offers seven expansion slots and places the power supply at the bottom for thermal management.

This case prioritizes airflow with support for up to six 120 mm fans and comes with three units pre-installed: two 120 mm RGB fans at the front for intake and one 120 mm standard fan at the rear for exhaust. Liquid cooling is also supported, with mounting locations for radiators up to 240 mm in the front and top panels. Storage capacity includes bays for three 2.5-inch drives and two 3.5-inch drives. The front I/O panel provides access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, separate microphone and audio-out jacks, and a dedicated RGB control button.
