The Antec AX20 is a mid-tower case designed with a steel, plastic, and tempered glass construction. It supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX motherboard form factors within its 207 x 451 x 358 mm frame. The front panel features a dense mesh intake behind a slanted bar design, balancing airflow with dust filtration. A tempered glass side panel provides a direct view of the internal components and system illumination.

This chassis is configured for multiple cooling options, accommodating up to eight 120 mm fans. It includes three pre-installed 120 mm fixed-mode RGB fans at the front for immediate intake airflow. For liquid cooling systems, the case supports up to a 280 mm radiator in the front, a 120 mm radiator at the top, and a 120 mm radiator at the rear. An integrated dust filter helps simplify system maintenance.

Internally, the AX20 provides clearance for CPU coolers up to 155 mm in height and standard ATX power supplies up to 295 mm in length. Its storage capacity includes two 3.5-inch drive bays and three dedicated 2.5-inch drive mounts. The top-mounted I/O panel offers access to one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and HD-AUDIO connections for peripherals.
