The CHIEFTEC Hunter 3 is a mid-tower ATX case constructed from 0.7 mm SPCC steel and features a tempered glass side panel. Its design is centered on thermal performance, incorporating a full mesh front panel to optimize air intake for internal components. The chassis offers broad motherboard compatibility, accommodating form factors up to E-ATX, and is designed to support back-connect motherboard layouts. Four 120 mm ARGB fans are pre-installed, with three at the front and one at the rear, managed by an included ARGB hub that enables motherboard software synchronization.

Inside, the case provides ample room for large hardware, with clearance for CPU coolers up to 178 mm in height and graphics cards up to 425 mm in length. It supports extensive liquid cooling setups, with radiator mounts available at the front (up to 360 mm), top (up to 360 mm), and rear (up to 140 mm). Storage options consist of two 3.5-inch drive bays and three 2.5-inch bays, alongside seven standard expansion slots. The front I/O panel includes one USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, and a combination headphone/microphone port for peripheral connectivity.
