The Montech NX400 is an air tower cooling solution constructed to maintain stable operating temperatures for processors rated up to 105W TDP. The structure incorporates four integrated heat pipes that efficiently transfer thermal energy from the CPU contact area to the aluminum fin stack. This heatsink design is engineered to maximize surface area, facilitating substantial thermal dissipation within a physical envelope that measures 156 mm high, 120 mm wide, and 74 mm deep.

Thermal airflow is managed by a single 120 mm fan utilizing a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) for consistent rotational performance and reduced operational noise. The fan speed is controllable via PWM technology, spanning a range from 800 RPM minimum to 2000 RPM maximum. At peak speed, the unit delivers an airflow of 85.09 CFM and generates a maximum static pressure of 3.35 mmH₂O, while the audible noise level remains below 34.17 dB. The included mounting kit provides wide support for current mainstream processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 platforms.
