The MERCUSYS MR27BE is a dual-band router utilizing the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard to provide high-speed wireless connectivity. It delivers a maximum combined Wi-Fi speed of 3600 Mbit/s, distributing up to 2880 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 688 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. The hardware configuration includes four external antennas and utilizes 4K-QAM modulation to improve data transmission efficiency. Integration of Multi-Link Operation (MLO), MU-MIMO technology, and beamforming allows the system to support up to 150 devices simultaneously. This unit also features intelligent mesh technology for expanded coverage across larger environments.

Wired connectivity is provided through four RJ-45 ports with 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet and 1000 Mbit/s interface speeds. Network security is maintained through WPA3 encryption, an integrated firewall, and IP address filtering. The management suite includes a web-based interface, Quality of Service (QoS) prioritization, and parental controls. This black plastic router is suitable for both desktop placement and wall mounting depending on the deployment requirements.
