The Garmin Forerunner 265 is a sports watch designed for runners and triathletes, centered around a 1.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen. The device delivers advanced training metrics such as Training Readiness, VO2 Max, and Recovery Time to guide workout intensity. It also provides daily suggested workouts and race time predictions based on user data and course details.

It is equipped with a barometric altimeter, gyroscope, and an optical heart rate monitor with a blood oxygen sensor. These components facilitate comprehensive health monitoring, including HRV status, stress levels, and advanced sleep tracking. A 5 ATM water resistance rating makes the device suitable for swimming activities both in pools and open water.

This model integrates smart features for daily use and training via Bluetooth, ANT+, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
