The Xiaomi Mesh System AC1200 (3-pack) is a whole-home networking solution designed to establish continuous Wi-Fi coverage across residential spaces up to 260 square meters. This system utilizes the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard across dual bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) to manage network traffic. The 5 GHz band provides maximum data transfer rates up to 867 Mbit/s, while the 2.4 GHz band operates up to 300 Mbit/s.

Each individual unit features two Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbit/s) that support both WAN and LAN connections for wired devices such as consoles or desktop computers. The system is engineered to handle stable network connectivity for up to 120 client devices operating concurrently across the three nodes. Network settings and administration are accessible via either a standard web interface or the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home application.

The system supports modern security standards, including WPA3-SAE encryption, alongside WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK protocols. Additional networking features include DHCP server functionality, firewall protection, DMZ support, and Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) for enhanced data security. The units feature a vertical, compact footprint, measuring 89 mm wide by 154 mm tall, designed for tabletop placement.
