The LIAN LI SUP01W is a mid-tower case featuring a three-chamber layout designed to isolate heat from primary components. Its most distinct characteristic is the front-facing vertical GPU installation, which places the graphics card in its own dedicated chamber for direct air intake. This configuration requires the use of the included PCIe 4.0 riser cable and results in a non-traditional internal structure. The main chamber houses the motherboard, while the power supply and storage drives are located in a separate rear compartment, organizing airflow paths and cable management.

Cooling is managed by a side-mounted array of three pre-installed 120 mm PWM fans, which serve as the primary intake. The case also includes one 120 mm fan at the rear for exhaust. This side bracket accommodates liquid cooling radiators up to 360 mm. The chassis supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX motherboards and is constructed from steel with a 4 mm tempered glass side panel. Integrated ARGB lighting is located on the PSU shroud and PCIe riser bracket, and removable dust filters are positioned for system maintenance.
